Our silver jewellery is made to be worn, loved, and lived in. With a little care, it will stay with you for years. Here's how to preserve its natural beauty:

- Wipe gently with a soft cotton cloth after each wear to remove sweat and moisture that may cause oxidization.
- Always store your piece in an airtight plastic pouch, ideally inside a hard box. Avoid velvet pouches or fabric-lined boxes—they tend to trap moisture.
- Apply perfume, creams, and lotions before putting on your jewellery. Direct contact with such products can dull its finish over time.
- Avoid leaving your jewellery out overnight. Silver reacts with air and naturally oxidizes when exposed for long periods.
- Gold plating on silver will fade gradually with use—this is a natural part of its lifecycle.
- Do not clean your jewellery with any chemicals or commercial solutions.
- On days you're sweating heavily, it's best to avoid wearing your piece to prevent faster tarnishing.
- We offer re-polishing services for pieces purchased from MELO. You can also consult a trusted local jeweller.
