1. What materials are used in MELO jewellery? MELO jewellery is crafted with care using a range of high-quality materials. Our beaded pieces are made using Czech and Japanese glass beads, with all earring hooks in 925 hypoallergenic silver.
Our silver jewellery is crafted in 925 sterling silver, adorned with freshwater pearls and semi-precious stones. Pieces from the Albeli collection are made by traditional Indian silversmiths using silver of approximately 75–85% purity—a nod to heritage techniques that make each piece truly unique.
All MELO jewellery is thoughtfully made in India, with quality and craftsmanship at its core.

2. How can I care for my MELO jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend storing it in an airtight container when not in use, avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, and polishing silver pieces regularly to prevent tarnishing.

4. Is MELO jewellery hypoallergenic?
Most of our silver jewellery is crafted in pure 925 sterling silver, which is generally considered hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
Our Albeli pieces, made by traditional artisans in 80–85% pure silver, are also free from nickel and common irritants. That said, individual sensitivities can vary, so we recommend reviewing the materials listed for each piece if you have specific concerns.

5. What is your return or exchange policy?
Each MELO piece is made to order, crafted especially for you with care and intention. Because of this thoughtful process, we do not offer returns. However, if your piece arrives damaged, we’re more than happy to offer an exchange or store credit. Your satisfaction means a lot to us—please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take it from there.

8. Do you offer repairs? 
Yes, we offer free lifetime repairs for all MELO jewelry! Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping the piece back to us, and the repair must be for actual damage or wear, not a lost item. We’ll ensure your beloved pieces stay in great condition, for life.
