  1. We have exerted every effort to present the colours of our products accurately on the site. However, given that actual colours are contingent on your monitor, we cannot guarantee the precision of your monitor's colour display.

  2. The User affirms that they are at least 18 (eighteen) years old or have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

  3. MELO assumes no responsibility for any user-incurred damages resulting from service use on {www.melostudio.in}. This encompasses but is not limited to, loss of revenue or data due to delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by any vendor act or omission. This disclaimer of liability extends to damages or injuries arising from performance failure, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether under breach of contract, tortious behaviour, or any other cause of action.

  4. MELO takes "Full Responsibility" for your order if it has been dispatched to any major city using "Private Courier Companies" (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, First Flight, Pafex, DHL, etc.).

  5. Please note that prices may vary without prior notice due to changes in silver rates and material costs. We update our pricing periodically to reflect current market conditions.

  6. MELO reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, regardless of order confirmation or receipt of payment. In such instances, the payment will be reimbursed, and the User will be duly notified.

  7. In cases of non-delivery or delayed delivery due to User errors (e.g., incorrect or incomplete name or address, recipient unavailability), any additional expenses incurred by MELO for re-delivery will be charged to the User placing the order.

  8. The User agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and truthful information. MELO reserves the right to verify and validate the information provided by the User at any point. Should such information be found inaccurate, MELO may, at its sole discretion, reject the registration and bar the User from utilising the services of www.melostudio.in without prior notice.

  9. MELO bears no responsibility for any form of credit card fraud. The user assumes full responsibility for fraudulent card usage, and the responsibility to 'prove otherwise' lies exclusively with the user. Users must use only their cards on the site.

  10. MELO will not address any complaints after 7 days following order delivery.

  11. This agreement will be construed in line with the applicable laws of India. The Courts in Maharashtra will possess exclusive jurisdiction in any legal proceedings arising from this agreement.

    By consenting to MELO’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initialising a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.
